REGISTRATION
Art. 6. USERS may shop as either "Guests" or "Registered Users."

(2) USERS registering as legal entities must provide accurate company details during registration for invoicing purposes.
(3) USERS must ensure their registration details are accurate and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
(4) USERS can update their information in the "My Profile" section.
PURCHASE ORDERS
Art. 8. (1) PRODUCTS are added to the shopping basket by clicking the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
(2) USERS can review their basket and proceed to checkout.
Art. 9. Purchase orders are completed through an online form detailing product type, quantity, and price. USERS are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order information.
Art. 10. Orders are finalized by clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. This action constitutes acceptance of a binding contract under these Terms.
Art. 11. The COMPANY will confirm order receipt within one business day or notify USERS if a product is unavailable.
DELIVERY TERMS
Art. 12. Delivery will be handled by a courier service. Users will be notified of tracking information.
Art. 13. Standard delivery timelines range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
Art. 14. USERS are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring availability to receive the package. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Art. 15. (1) USERS within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
(2) To exercise this right, USERS must notify the COMPANY via email at irina@originofhearts.com and return the goods in unused condition.
(3) Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Art. 16. Return shipping costs are the USER’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Art. 17. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
DATA PROTECTION
Art. 18. (1) The COMPANY processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
(2) Personal data will be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications with USER consent.
