We offer shipping within the European Union, USA, Asia, and South America. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via:
FedEx Express: Delivery in 1–2 business days for EU and 3–4 business days for the USA.
Standard Free Shipping: Priority service with an online tracking number, delivered in 7–14 working days.
If you need your order to arrive within a specific time frame, please select the Express Shipping Service, and we will arrange for faster, guaranteed delivery options.
Important Information:
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, import duties, and fees incurred upon delivery.
Customers are also responsible for the cost of returns or exchanges.
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties are determined by your country’s tax regulations and are payable upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Requests
Submit your return request by emailing us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back to us using a registered tracking number within 48 hours of receipt.
Handcrafted Nature
Our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in harmony with Bali's natural surroundings. Please understand that variations in finish, shape, and color are natural and not considered defects or flaws. These nuances are part of what makes each piece unique, charming, and authentic.
Quality Assurance
While slight variations are inherent in handmade items, we take great care to quality-check all products before shipping to ensure you receive a beautiful, wearable piece.
If an issue arises, we reserve the right to:
Offer a repair.
Provide an exchange for the same item (or a similar one if unavailable).
Issue a full refund.
Limitations
We do not cover damages resulting from:
Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
Exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or water.
Color changes due to environmental factors.
We also do not accept claims for incidental or consequential damages.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, email us with photos, and we will provide a returns address. Please ensure:
The item is securely packaged.
You use a tracking/signatory postage service with adequate insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If deemed faulty, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and appropriately packaged.
Returns must be sent within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Returns for the Signature Collection are subject to collection-specific policies.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, please allow at least five working days for the amount to appear in your account.
