RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Origin of Hearts, we take pride in creating handcrafted pieces that celebrate traditional craftsmanship and the natural beauty of Bali. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

NO SURPRISE FEES

All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total for eligible destinations, allowing for a seamless delivery experience without additional customs charges upon arrival.

HANDCRAFTED NATURE

Our products are carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our garments and accessories, slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery, texture, finish, or sizing may occur.

These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique character and authenticity of each piece.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If an issue arises, we reserve the right to:

• Repair the item where appropriate

• Replace the item with the same product or a comparable alternative if unavailable

• Issue a refund where appropriate

RETURN REQUESTS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at retail@originofhearts.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Your name

• Details of the item(s) you wish to return

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided upon approval.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in their original condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Be returned within 14 days after your return request has been approved

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact retail@originofhearts.com as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the issue.

Please ensure that:

• The item is securely packaged

• A tracked shipping service is used

• Proof of postage is retained

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

LIMITATIONS

We do not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents

• Normal wear and tear

• Exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive heat, or extreme conditions

• Natural fading or changes caused by environmental factors over time
